Novice practitioners were always concerned with drawing the forms correctly and pronouncing the incantations properly, but he knew the paths of magic were numberless, that the forces of nature were like the colors of a palette that could be blended and combined in endless ways to create new landscapes, new visions.
The gnomes, undines, sylphs and salamanders loved him for he understood their need to create. Together they made forests out of poetry and fountains out of song, and secretly gave dreams away to those who had misplaced their own. (Degree Angel: Daniel (DA-nee-EL) Enough is Never Enough, Eloquence)

It is best if you keep yourself continually fluid, as a means of coping with the heaviness of life. Dust signifies the remnants of the past, the water is your emotional being. The dust needs to sink, so that the water can carry it away. But the past floats on the water, resisting absorption – it is poised, waiting, yearning to persist, fearing absorbtion and transformation. If you allow the dust to sink it will feel like death to you, but it is what you need – to allow the remnants of your old identity to be washed away, continually, as you shed them.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A horn of brass to be used as a hearing aid.” You have acute hearing, the question is, what are you listening to? Oracle

Both water and air love the dust, water because it can turn it into mud – much loved of flowers – and air because it can help the dust to fly like microscopic angels. As mud, dust flows together into one great shadow, as dust floating in air each microscopic angel casts its own miniscule shadow, the collective dust shadows softening the sun's harshness, especially in autumn, when they reduce the fierce yellow to a tender gold.

But for now the dust motes float on water, not quite angels and not quite mud. Sometimes it is such a pleasure to exist in the middle.

You need to keep asking yourself, “why am I focusing on this?” You goal is to rein in your curiosity and continually come back to what is important.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A rickshaw.” Loving to run here, run there. It can be a means of connecting and synthesizing all into increasing patterns of harmony and progress – if you allow your intuition to guide you where to go next, or it can be just a lot of scrambling around in a desperate effort to avoid those things you really need to look at, and those places ou really need to go.

You can bring light to many people, but if you become obsessive or overly intense about what you’re doing, it can have the opposite effect you wish to have.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A gardener collecting cow manure.” The gardener has an end in view – the proliferation of beauty through the growing of flowers and the proliferation of health through the growing of vegetables. Oracle

Impacting surfaces at 186,000 miles per second you would think one might hear light crashing into the mirrors as it immediately changes direction. You tend to be without plans – your only agenda being to go wherever you sense the ever-elusive truth is leading you.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A seemingly young man, but with gray hair.” Certain aspects of you are far more developed and wise than are others. One-sided development is not a bad thing – many people choose it, but eventually there's a need for the undeveloped side to catch up. Of course there is also part of you that will never grow up, and this eternal youth and naivete is wonderful, and can serve and enhance the purposes of the wise old one within. What is important is that these two aspects of self grow more and more to love one another – to enhance the joy and wisdom they have to impart.

Pleiadian Symbol: Rocks which, by their shape, seem like people who look down from a great height.

Azoth Symbol: Seekers arrive at a holy city.

A boy removing a thorn from his foot. (Chandra Symbol). When we allow our innocence and wisdom to merge with each other we find that our understanding is healed.

Oracle

Dusk is falling, and even the shadows seem to be having a difficult time moving through the narrow streets. The woman pursued is always just barely in view in the distance as she turns a corner. He has no idea why he follows her, only, he wishes to see her face, to see if he knows who she is. She moves as if made of breeze, her dark garb evaporating into the evening's growing darkness.

And as he follows her windings he realizes that maybe he wishes not to accost her, but only to trace behind her her steps, to absorb her movement through the streets, a pattern or symbol, which she draws with her feet, and which he reads with his own.
